Our two Suites each consist of four rooms, air conditioning, hot water baseboard heat and exceptional carpeting for maximum comfort. The beds are beautiful antiques with highest quality mattresses, cotton bedding and down comforters.

Prices are shown in US$ (Canadian please calculate here...) and reflect mid-week - weekend rates.

Both Suites are available to accomodate a larger number of guests. Add $10. per additional guest. Also, take off $10. for single occupancy rate. We will do our best to accomodate you for special occasions, including adding an additional bed. Please call with your needs, well in advance so we can prepare for you.

In the future, we expect that either of the Victorian Mansions (133 and 151 Central) will be available for larger family functions or business retreats. This availability will begin in summer of 2006. Our magnificent fparlors make excellent meeting rooms, and the gardens and natural spring will make for relaxing, fruitful and enjoyable gatherings.

Smoking Restrited to outdoors on the porch.

Pets
We can only accomodate pets when they are contained in their own containers, and kept in the basement area. (The basement is very livable and warm...)

NYS sales Tax
New York mandates that we must collect sales tax at the Chautaqua County rate of 8.25%. This tax for both accommodation and purchases in the Gift Shop.

Telephones
Silver Creek has recently had several cell tower improvements, so you can expect good cell service, even in the brick house from Verizon and limited service from Sprint.

Parking
Adequate off-street parking is available for two cars per Suite. Please park diagonally in the East parking lot, as the entrance is the East side porch.

Weekends & Holidays
Subject to minimum stay requirements for advance bookings. Two day minimum on Friday and Saturdays. All other days may be one day accomodation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Bookings must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
Cancellations must be received by mail, email or fax, and...
Where written notification is received more than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, you may be charged a service charge, or...
Where notice is not received, or received within the 14 days prior, we will attempt to resell the reserved days and you will be charged for any unsold days.

Reservations 30 days before arrival will be booked with 50% deposit required at time of booking and balance payable on arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date, will be charged the full rate on the date of booking.

All rates are quoted and billed in US Funds
All Room Bookings are subject to 8.25% NYS sales tax.

No refund provided if Special Event Bookings are cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 21 day or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of deposits paid, minus a $50 administrative processing fee
